Revision of FingerTec Product Warranty Period

This pandemic has presented us with the circumstances that require us to make some adjustments while still producing and supplying the market with quality FingerTec products. With that said, we are forced to announce that we will be adjusting the warranty periods for all FingerTec devices soon.

All purchases between 1st January 2014 and 30th September 2021 are still covered under the FingerTec Global Product Warranty for a period of 36 months for end-users and 40 months for resellers. 

However, for all purchases starting 1st October 2021, FingerTec will revise the FingerTec Global Product Warranty period to 24 months for end-users and 28 months for resellers. More information about FingerTec warranty period is available at

“Let’s ponder two questions; for building management, you definitely have CCTV cameras installed at strategic places; the first question, is it a standalone system or integrated with third-party solutions to boost security? Second, who can view it? Dominion Technology Sdn Bhd (DTSB) Embraces HR Automation With TimeTec Systems

Dominion Technology Sdn Bhd (DTSB) has been in the Car Park Access & Revenue Control Equipment sales and service industry for the past ten years. Presently, DTSB serves more than 85 customers in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Ipoh, Melaka, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak, with customers ranging from office buildings to trade centres, tourism centres, shopping complexes, hotels, hospitals, condominiums and open-air car parks.

Previously, DTSB used manual punch card devices to record the attendance of their employees, as it was simple and low cost. However, as the company grows, HR found it tedious to manually track the attendance of staff who work at sites, and it further complicates the calculation of staff mileage claims.

Covid-19 poses another challenge for the company's HR because the lockdown requires most employees to work from home, making the manual time attendance device obsolete.
